The AREaiONX platform was established to track employees' use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and security vulnerabilities in dangerous machine sections in real time, and to provide machine control. Initially, critical OHS analyses such as the presence or absence of glasses and gloves, as well as machine cover openings, were successfully commissioned. As the process progressed, the system was expanded with advanced analyses such as product counting on the factory's production line and detection of non-production anomalies.<\/p><div class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-social-wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-superb-addons-author-box\"><div class=\"superbaddons-authorbox superbaddons-authorbox-alignment-left\" style=\"background-color:#F2F2F2;border-radius:100px\"><div class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"96\" class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-avatar\" src=\"https:\/\/areaionx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cms-jant.png\" style=\"border-radius:0.5%;width:96px\"\/><\/div><div class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-right\"><p class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-authorname\" style=\"color:#444444;font-size:32px;line-height:40px\">CMS WHEELS INDUSTRY<\/p><p class=\"superbaddons-authorbox-authorbio\" style=\"color:#7C7C7C;font-size:16px;line-height:21px\">Within the scope of digitizing weighbridge system processes,\u00a0<strong>the automatic addition of front and rear vehicle images to DBA documents using AI-powered camera systems<\/strong>\u00a0was ensured. This data was directly integrated with the relevant government agencies through the system, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Manual inspection and counting processes on the line were causing both loss of time and quality issues. The AREaiONX platform was implemented with AI-powered analysis modules that instantaneously detect risky objects such as stones through camera systems integrated into the wood cutting line. The license plates of incoming vehicles are identified in real-time, white list\/black list comparisons are made, and appropriate routing is performed automatically.<strong>Through the system:<\/strong>In-campus vehicle traffic became organized and controlled, the workload of security personnel was reduced, unauthorized entries were eliminated, and entry-exit logs became auditable by being recorded centrally. Accuracy problems and labor costs experienced in manual counting processes revealed the need for automation on the production line.
